Hi, I'm Namir.
I build software and the teams behind it. For over ten years, I've done that from every seat: developer, tech lead, engineering manager and Head of Software. Today I bring that experience to companies as a fractional CTO, a hands-on engineer and a teacher.
My path

Granada, Spain:
I started out building an Android app for the university library and software for pharmacies.

quantilope, Hamburg (2015–2020):
I joined as employee #7 and grew with the company to over 130 people across several continents. I went from developer to Head of Software, and led the move from one large team to three squads.

neuefische (2021):
As Head Coach, I led two remote full-stack bootcamps.
- 04
Amperecloud (2021–2026):
As Head of Software Development, I grew the team from 3 to 12 engineers with zero attrition, built products from scratch and drove AI adoption across the company.

Today:
independent, based in Hamburg, working remote or on site.
What matters to me
Healthy teams build better software.
Speed and quality don't come from pressure. They come from a team that works well together.
Product first.
Code only matters if it solves a real problem for real users.
AI-first.
It's how software gets built today, and I use it in everything I do.
